​I’ve been there myself.
In my teens I developed severe cystic acne that continued into my 30s. A GP told me to lower my expectations and learn to live with sore, red skin. Instead, I chose a different path; I began searching for natural solutions - and what I discovered surprised me most: true healing required as much focus on my mental and emotional health as on my physical health.

That journey gave me the tools and insights I now share with my clients. I help people who’ve been quietly struggling with symptoms for months or years to feel comfortable in their own skin again - whatever that means to them.

To deepen my knowledge, I trained in Naturopathic Nutrition (CNM), earned a Master of Science in Nutrition with Public Health Management (Sheffield Hallam), and most recently a Diploma in Health & Wellness Coaching.
But more importantly, I know first-hand what it’s like when nothing seems to work - and how life-changing it is when you finally find the right support.
